Shredded in 60 | Fat Loss – Intro and Week One Results

Shredded in 60 – fat loss experiment.

Why? To be perfectly honest, I have a trip down south coming up in December and I want to look good on the beach. In addition, I’m considering competing next year in the Classic Bodybuilding division and want to see where I’m at at a low % body fat. Finally, this gives me a great platform to share with you a number of tips and tricks for losing body fat that I’ve accumulated over 25 years of training.

The last 8 weeks or so I’ve been pushing the amount of carbs my body can handle. It was fun, but I’ve accumulated some fat from the experiment.

Normally, I would diet over 12-16 weeks, but we’re going to step things up by doing this over 60 days.
