#roadtothearnolds Arnold Classic

I am very please to announce that I will be competing at the 2016 Arnold Classic! Look for my social media posts: #roadtothearnolds. Not only will I be stepping on stage, but my company Advanced Genetics will have a booth at the expo.  This is the first time we have taken part in a show in the USA – and, heck, why not make it the biggest one?

Switching from the Physique category to the new Classic Physique was an easy decision for me.  I LOVE bodybuilding, but my genetics simply don’t allow me to compete with the big boys.  And, although I learned to really enjoy the Physique division, my true passion is with flexing and presenting myself with a posing routine.  Based on height and weight, this new division is a great fit! The cut off for my height is 165 and I usually compete at around 160, so I shouldn’t have too much trouble at all making weight.  At 13 weeks out I’m hovering around 168 in relatively good shape (good shape is subjective, especially in the bodybuilding world!).

I look forward to sharing my journey with you here, on my Facebook page and Instagram.  With Dave Palumbo by my side, I am expecting to duplicate the success we had together back in 2010 when I captured the welterweight division at CBBF Nationals.

Stay tuned!!!
