
The General's Stack!
Looking to put on maximum size? Want to experience super-human recovery? How about a nice increase to all of your lifts? Or maybe you're just looking for a pump like you've only read about. It's time to FEEL your workout like only a PRO can! This is IFBB Pro Chris Johnson's personal peri-workout stack.
Here's how the General does it:
Pre-workout (30 minutes before) 500ml water 1.5 scoops Warfare or 1/2 - 1 scoop Kamikaze 1 scoop GP3 EVO
Intra-workout (sip) 750 ml water (full AG shaker) 1 scoop Battle Juice .5 scoop Warfare (unless Kamikaze was taken)
Post-workout (immediately post) 300ml water 1 scoop GP3 EVO (optional: take with intra-workout)
