DAY 2
***CHEST***
Incline Hammer Press OR Pec Dec
75 reps set; 25 rep 1 sec hold at top, 25 rep increase poundage partial rep, 25 rep lighter weight each rep executed from 1 second pause at bottom. Proceed to do 3 normal sets moderate to heavy weight.

Flat Dumbell Press OR Flat Smith Machine Press from the floor
Dead rep. Pause at the loaded stretch for a second with dumbells by your shoulders. 4×10 explode from bottom squeeze at top.

Incline DB Fly SuperSet with Incline DB Press
4×10 with one sec pause at bottom. Really focus on contracting from the bottom all the way to the top
After each set, go right into to Incline Dumbbell Press with the same dumbells pumping out reps till failure.

Cable Cross Overs
4×12, 30 sec rest between sets. Shoulder height.

Incline Cable Flys
4×12 30sec rest between sets. From bottom 45deg up.

Machine Chest Press for reps
Use chest press machine of choice and do 3 sets for reps high volume to completely exhaust your chest as a finisher.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
