The secret to a good incline DB press is the squeeze. Keep the weight under control at all times! Come down slowly ensuring to keep the focus on the chest – you do not want to overstretch the shoulder which can lead to rotator cuff trouble over time. Then press, squeezing the chest throughout the press. Do not extend so far that you transfer the weight to the front delt and triceps. Wage WAR!
