Fitness community – we’re in this together! Listen, it doesn’t matter what diet plan you follow or exercise regimen you commit to, the fact is you’re trying to be fit! And even though it feels like our community is huge, it really isn’t. Take a look around your work place or a busy street. Very few people are fit. And we know it’s not right to talk poorly of propel who choose not to exercise, so why do we bash each other? It usually comes down to insecurity. There’s no reason to “hate on” someone for doing Cross Fit or eating a diet that fits ones macros. The point is we’re all after the same things…to live longer, live better and look good. Let’s encourage one another to do just that.
