Free shipping on orders of $59 or more (choose the “free shipping” option). $9.99 on orders below $59. Shipments are sent via Canada Post, Canpar, Fedex, UPS or other carrier unless XPress Post is chosen (Canada Post) for $19.99. We ship from our centrally located warehouse in Cambridge, Ontario. Normal delivery times are between 2-7 business days. We aim to ship orders within 24 business hours. Our warehouse is open Tuesdays – Fridays except for holidays.
*Longer than normal delivery times should be expected during holidays and extreme situations/natural disasters, etc.

International shipping is $29.99. In some circumstances we may contact you if the shipping costs are very high. Shipments are sent via the methods stated above. Normal delivery times are between 7-30 business days.
We are not responsible for packages seized by customs. Contact us if you have issues with customs. Please ensure nutritional supplements are legal for import before ordering.
Please ensure your “ship to” address is correct. If you see an error, contact us immediately.
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable/unclaimed. When the carrier returns an undeliverable/unclaimed package to us, we will make contact with you to make arrangements for reshipment. We are charged by the carrier for the return postage and the additional charge to reship. If the error is on our end, you will not be charged for the reship. If the order is not picked up, or the error is with the shipping address provided, a reshipping fee will be charged to your account. Should yu choose not to have the order reshipped, a credit will be given minus the initial shipping and return shipping.
We offer a 60 day money back guarantee on all of our products, excluding clothing and accessories. Product must be returned to us in order to receive credit. Shipping charges are not refunded. Before returning product please contact us with details of the return.
We strive to ensure you receive your order quickly and accurately. If you find an error with your order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Ensure you keep your invoice that contains your full order details.
**We reserve the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our website, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.
You may choose to subscribe to any eligible product on our website for an additional 15% savings. Subscription commitments are to at least 3 consecutive shipments. If we run out of stock of an item we will contact you with alternatives. To cancel a subscription, please contact us.
