Shipping

Canada

Free shipping on orders of $75 or more (choose the “free shipping” option). $9.99 on orders below $75. Shipments are sent via Canada Post. All orders are sent Expedited unless XPress Post is chosen for the cost of $19.99. We ship from warehouses in Ontario and Nova Scotia. Delivery time will vary depending on speed chosen.  Normal delivery times are 1-7 business days*. Tracking numbers are emailed once the order is shipped.  We aim to ship orders within 24 business hours.

*Longer than normal delivery times should be expected during holidays and extreme situations/natural disasters, etc.

USA

Free shipping on orders of $75 or more (choose the “free shipping” option). $15 on orders below $75. Shipments are sent via Canada Post. Once they reach the border they are transferred to USPS. Packages are sent using Tracked Packet USA. If over 2kg they are sent using Expedited Parcel USA. In some circumstances we may contact you if the shipping costs are very high. We ship from warehouses in Ontario and Nova Scotia. Delivery time will vary depending on many factors, including customs.  Normal delivery times are 5-14 business days. Tracking numbers are emailed once the order is shipped.  We aim to ship orders within 24 business hours.

International

International shipping is $29.99. In some circumstances we may contact you if the shipping costs are very high. Shipments are sent via Canada Post and transferred to your local postal service once they reach your country. Packages are sent using Tracked Packet International. Larger packages are sent using International Parcel Air or Surface, depending on cost. We ship from warehouses in Ontario and Nova Scotia. Delivery time will vary depending on many factors, including customs.  Normal delivery times are 7-21 business days. Tracking numbers are emailed once the order is shipped.  We aim to ship orders within 24 business hours.

Customs

We are not responsible for packages delayed or seized at customs. Contact us if you have issues with customs. Please ensure nutritional supplements are legal for sale in your country before ordering.

Unclaimed/Returned Packages

Please ensure your “ship to” address is correct. If you see an error, contact us immediately.

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable/unclaimed. When the carrier returns an undeliverable/unclaimed package to us, we will make contact with you to make arrangements for reshipment. We are charged by the shipper for the return postage and the additional charge incurred to reship. If the error is on our end, you will not be charged for the re-ship. If the order is not picked up, or the error is with the shipping address provided, return charges will be charged to your account before we reship. Should you choose to not have the order re-shipped, a credit will be given minus the initial shipping and the return shipping.

Returns/Refunds

We offer a 60 day money back guarantee on all of our products, excluding clothing and accessories. Product must be returned to us in order to receive credit.  Shipping charges are not refunded. Once received, we will issue you a credit for the order amount (minus shipping) which can be used on other products in our store. Before returning product, please contact us with details of the return.

We strive to ensure you receive your order quickly and 100% accurate. If you find an error with your order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please ensure you keep your invoice that contains your full order details.

**We reserve the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Web Site, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.
